We all see behind-the-scenes posts and articles about various professional practices, however, the one piece that I have started to notice more is professionalism in the workplace

Take a second and calibrate your mindset to understand that everyone's understanding of professionalism and professional practices may vary, however, the underlying core values should all be the same;
1 | Professional and Respectful Communication |
---|---|
2 | Open Communication |
3 | Safe Work Environment |
To communicate Professionally and Respectfully, no matter who you are speaking to, another sub-trade, a Designer, a General Contractor, the Project Manager, and even the Client.
Ensure communication is always left open between all authoritative parties, this means the Designer/Design Manager, the Client, the General Contractor/Construction Manager, and any other Party Employed by the Client
Maintaining a Safe Work Environment, from site to site, there should be no tripping hazards at the end of the day and all members should tidy before EOD. All authoritative parties should be aware of the site's Condition at the end of each day to ensure proper communication and safety on-site.
This is a short list and some that Begin Creative Designs Inc. and Danielle believe in when working with local contractors to take your design ideas from concept design to design management and creation.
